NeuroSpin/Imaging-Genetics team:

The position is opened in the Imaging-Genetics team of <a href="http://www-dsv.cea.fr/dsv/instituts/institut-d-imagerie-biomedicale-i2b…; a brain research center providing unique high field magnetic resonance imaging facilities.

This <a href="http://www-dsv.cea.fr/dsv/instituts/institut-d-imagerie-biomedicale-i2b…; team has been developing and using methods to extract associations between genetic/genomic data (SNP, GE, CNV) and features extracted from magnetic resonance neuroimaging in patient or healthy human. Those methods involve machine learning algorithms with specific penalties for regularization or structured parsimony.
