The third workshop on Immune Repertoire Analysis with Vidjil will be held in Lille, France, on 18-19 March. The registration is free but mandatory: http://www.vidjil.org/workshop-2019#registration
The workshop is intended to share experience, protocols and results, to raise questions and decide development priorities, and possibly to set up new collaborations between biologists and bioinformaticians.
The workshop includes an invited talk by Jack Bartram (Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children and UCL Institute of Child Health, London), hematology, immunology and bioinformatics talks from the users and developers of Vidjil, and practical hands-on sessions with participants data. We particularly advise people who use the software (or plan to do so) to come, and to bring a laptop with them (please tell us if you cannot bring one).
The workshop is funded by Inria and our partners of the VidjilNet consortium. There is no registration fee, and the lunches are provided, but, as the capacity is limited, it is mandatory to register. Deadline for registration is March 8th, but we advise to register as soon as possible. All details and the registration form are available here: http://www.vidjil.org/workshop-2019
We are looking forward to seeing you in Lille,
The organising committee.
