The the Centre for Bioinformatics of MINES ParisTech and Institut Curie (Paris, France) is inviting applications for a postdoctoral position to work with Chloé-Agathe Azencott on non-linear feature selection in high dimensional, low sample-size data, with applications to multi-locus genome-wide association studies.
The position is funded by the French National Research Agency (ANR) as part of the Young Researcher project "SCAPHE: Methods for discovering SNP Combinations Associated with a PHEnotype".
