Computational Biologist in charge of single-cell RNA-seq data analysis

Institut Curie is a world-renowned comprehensive cancer centre located in the centre of Paris. In collaboration with different research teams and clinicians, the project aims to understand the molecular and cellular alterations induced by lung radiation therapy. One approach resides in analysing mouse and human lung samples by single cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomic.
