* PhD title :
Deciphering the molecular network controlling pig pluripotency using single cell omics data
This PhD project is part of the ANR PluS4Pig project (2020-2024). It aims to predict the states of pluripotency existing in the porcine embryo before implantation and to identify the key molecular players associated with these states. For this, the PhD candidate will use single-cell transcriptomic and chromatin accessibility data. This PhD is funded by the Région Ile de France and the INRAE Animal Genetics division, in collaboration with the IFIP-Institut du Porc and academic laboratories.The PhD student will benefit from daily interactions with bioinformaticians, biostatisticians and biologists, the project being by nature interdisciplinary.
* Skills :
A Master degree in bioinformatics/biostatistics would be favoured. Intermediate level in R and Python is required.
Deadline for applications: 20 juillet 2020.
