Dans le cadre du projet Plascan (https://anr.fr/ProjetIA-17-CONV-0002 ), nous disposons d'un financement d'un CDD pour un an pour travailler sur des données transcriptomiques spatiales, obtenues dans le cadre de l'étude des tumeurs hypophysaires. Le projet concerne le développement de méthodes d'apprentissage statistique spatialisées pour la modélisation de la signalisation moléculaire spatiale et la cartographie de tumeurs par immunohistochimie. Ce projet associe deux équipes, l'une dirigée par Philippe Bertolino, au CRCL et l'autre dirigée par Olivier Gandrillon au LBMC, ENS de Lyon. Les aspects machine learning seront encadrés par Franck Picard (LBMC, ENS Lyon) Le·la candidat·e devra avoir une solide formation en bioinformatique et/ou machine learning. Une connaissance préalable des approches en cellules uniques sera appréciée mais non nécessaire. Une compétence en statistique spatiale serait un plus. Le contrat peut démarrer rapidement. Thanks to the Plascan project (https://anr.fr/ProjetIA-17-CONV-0002 ), we obtained a funding for a fixed-term contract for one year to work on spatial transcriptomic data, obtained within the framework of pituitary tumors studies. The project will be to develop spatial machine learning methods to study spatial molecular signaling and immunohistochemical mapping approaches. This project involves two teams, one led by Philippe Bertolino, at the CRCL and the other led by Olivier Gandrillon at the LBMC, ENS de Lyon. Machine Learning developments will be supervised by Franck Picard (LBMC, ENS Lyon) The candidate should have a solid background in bioinformatics and/or machine learning. Prior knowledge of single cell approaches will be appreciated but not mandatory. Prior knowledge in spatial statistics would be very helpful. The contract can start quickly.
