The National Reference Center for viruses of respiratory infections and the Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Hub at Institut Pasteur, in collaboration with the G5 Evolutionary Genomics of RNA viruses, are recruiting a computational biologist to work on SARS-CoV-2 and RNA viruses genomic epidemiology.

The main topic of this post-doc will be to adapt and apply state of the art approaches to track the evolution and spread of RNA viruses, and in particular SARS-CoV-2. This includes incorporating virus genomic data with other parameters such as population densities, human mobilities or epidemiological data.
