Description

The Network Biology for Immuno-Oncology team at CRCT is looking for somone to help us manage software/hardware and provide support in programming (R and Python essentially) while carrying out their own bioinformatics projects.

We work on characterising and modelling the tumour microenvironment with state-of-the-art single-cell omics datasets and broad collaborations in epigenomics, mathematical modelling, and close links to clinicians at the Toulouse oncopole, one of the biggest cancer hospitals in Europe, and the Barcelona Supercomputing Center.
