DEVELOPMENT OF NEW UBE2N INHIBITORS TO OVERCOME PARP INHIBITOR RESISTANCE IN OVARIAN CANCERS
Ten months’ position starting at the 1st November 2022 is available at CERMN laboratory, University of Caen Normandy. The required level: Master 2 finished. The candidate will work at chemoinformatic platform to participate to a discovery of new inhibitors of ubc13, an ubiquitin E2 conjugating enzyme. The candidate will work primarily on the setup of the chemolibrary screening. This work will be done in the context of an interdisciplinary research on cancer (focused on ovarian cancer) in collaboration with ANTICIPE (Inserm Unity U1086 - Centre of François Baclesse Caen) – PCSI project.
