Description
We are looking for a highly motivated engineer for the lab of Julie Helft (Institut Cochin, Paris) who was recently awarded an ERC grant funding for 5 years.
The project include the analysis of single cell RNA sequencing and of spatial transcriptomic data generated from human and mouse tumors. The datasets will be generated by the lab and will also include publicly available datasets
The bio-informatician will be an author on the publication steming from the wet-lab

Required skills:
- Master in Data science, Computer Science, Computational Biology, or related fields.
- Previous experience in single-cell data analysis and/or multi-omics integration tools.
- Strong programming (R and Python) skills will be a plus.
- Previous experience in collaborations with wet-lab biologists will be a plus.
