In this exciting role, you will be working with Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data (bulk- and sc-RNAseq, DNAseq, CRISPR screens, etc.) and histopathology data.
The field of work ranges from basic processing on a cloud infrastructure to the integration into relational databases.
Another important task will be the visualization of these data in R/shiny applications, R-Markdown documents or similar web technologies.
A good sense for graphical representation of scientific data is crucial.
The location of the position will be Toulouse, with high flexibility in terms of commuting from France/Europe and home office.
The successful candidate holds a Master degree in a computational or bioinformatics related field.
You are familiar in programming in languages like R and R/shiny, Python, bash, or NextFlow,
You know how to use cloud services, docker and relational databases.
Background in molecular biology and oncology research is preferred.
You have an excellent oral and written communication in English. French knowledge is an advantage but not obligatory.
