Description

We are looking for a Computational Biologist to join our team dedicated to Lactic Acid Bacteria strain development located in the IFF Innovation Center of Dangé-Saint-Romain (FRANCE – 86). Our group is strongly involved in knowledge development and is responsible for selecting strains of microorganisms to be used in the design of starter cultures for dairy and other fermentation industries. The scientist we are looking for would contribute to that objective from a bioinformatics/genomics perspective. He/she would integrate a multidisciplinary team of scientists specialized in the microbiology of Lactic Acid Bacteria with expertise in physiology, biochemistry, virology, genetics and genomics.
