Description

We are pleased to announce a unique PhD opportunity in the field of computational metabolomics at the interface of bioinformatics and artificial intelligence. This project aims to develop innovative computational tools for the structural characterization of plant specialized metabolites based on spectral metadata obtained from mass spectrometry experiments. The PhD project spans over three years, starting from October 1st, 2024. It will be conducted within the BIOPI Lab (UPJV UMRt BioEcoAgro, Amiens, France) in close collaboration with the MIS lab (UPJV UR 4290, Amiens, France) as well as the Institute for Biomedicine of the Eurac Research lab (Bolzano, Italy) for 9 months.
