Bioinformatics Engineers / Data Scientists – Immuno-Oncology
ErVimmune, a growing preclinical-stage biotech, is developing innovative immunotherapies for breast and ovarian cancers. We’re expanding our bioinformatics team to help accelerate the discovery of novel therapeutic targets.
Your role? Analyze omics datasets with a strong focus on Human Endogenous Retroviruses (HERVs) to identify biomarkers and therapeutic targets in immuno-oncology. We are hiring for two positions and welcome candidates with different levels of experience.
What we’re looking for
• Background in bioinformatics, computational biology, data science, or a related field
• Experience with omics data analysis (including bulk and scRNAseq and/or Proteomics)
• Proficiency in Python and/or R
• Interest in oncology, immunology, and translational research
• Ability to work at the interface of data analysis and biological questions
