Hiring: Senior Postdoctoral Fellow in Bioinformatics & Spatial Transcriptomics

We are seeking an experienced Postdoc (4-10 years post-PhD) to join the BIHAPI project starting January 2027 (1-year contract).
The Mission: Lead the bioinformatics processing, biological analysis, and interpretation of spatial transcriptomics data to characterize vascular remodeling in Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH/PVOD).
Collaboration: Work closely with the core facility at Gustave Roussy. The role includes project management and reporting.
Salary: Based on the Inserm salary scale for experienced profiles.
Requirements: PhD in Bioinformatics/Genomics, strong skills in RNA-seq pipelines (R/Python), experience in analysis of spatial transcriptomics data sets and solid autonomy.
