Description
About Simulations Plus and MonolixSuite
Simulations Plus develops innovative scientific software, AI-enabled technologies, and consulting solutions for model-informed drug development. Our tools are used across pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, academia, and regulatory organizations.
MonolixSuite is one of Simulations Plus’ scientific software platforms, dedicated to population pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic modeling and simulation. It helps scientists characterize drug behavior and understand variability between patients. By helping researchers make more informed development decisions, MonolixSuite contributes to the development of safer and more effective medicines.
MonolixSuite is also being integrated into Composer, Simulations Plus’ AI platform, enabling users to interact with Simulations Plus modeling engines through AI agents.
About the role
In this role, you will combine expertise in mathematical modeling with scientific software development and communication. You will work closely with other scientists, the product manager, software developers, and users to understand scientific challenges and improve how modeling and simulation are performed with MonolixSuite. You will contribute across the full product cycle, from understanding user needs and defining new features to testing them before release and sharing MonolixSuite applications through demonstrations, training, publications, and other scientific content.
This position is an excellent opportunity for a scientist with a background in systems biology, mechanistic ODE-based modeling, pharmacometrics, or another quantitative life-science field who wants to apply their scientific skills to a broad range of modeling and simulation problems while developing experience in customer-facing and product-oriented activities. Previous experience in pharmacometrics or with MonolixSuite is welcome but not required.
You will join a small, international, and collaborative team and play an active role in supporting and developing a leading software solution used in model-informed drug development.
The position is a permanent contract (CDI) based in Antony (near Paris), France, with a flexible working arrangement combining on-site and remote work, with a minimum of two days on site every two weeks.
