Job description
The CRCL new Computational Biology department develops innovative systems biology services for the analysis of biological bigdata and modelling biological processes. It helps and supports research teams in their R&D, from the very early stages right through to clinical trials, by proposing optimal solutions and the rational design of new experiments based on simulations.

Mission
As a computer science trainee, you will be helping to develop existing simulations programs (in python, c++) and develop interfaces (in python dash) to process their input and output, as well as perform data analysis. This will require a close collaboration with the rest of the development and modeling team.

Profile required
We are looking for someone with a degree in engineering or a Masters with programming capabilities. Curiosity and a taste for transdisciplinarity will be highly appreciated.

Skills required
Systems skills (Unix & terminal)
Good knowledge of Python
Good knowledge of git workflows
Knowledge or interest in UI/UX design would be a plus
Fluency in scientific English, both written and read
