JOBIM 2025

JOBIM (Journées Ouvertes en Biologie, Informatique et Mathématiques) is the annual event that brings together the French bioinformatics community and key players, with 300 to 500 participants. This conference is an opportunity to discover the scientific and technical advances in this field, which lies at the interface of biology, informatics, mathematics and physics.

Created in 2000, JOBIM's primary ambition is to be an annual multidisciplinary meeting place, offering a convivial setting in which to exchange ideas. In 2005, the SFBI was created to perpetuate the organization of JOBIM. JOBIM has now been running for 22 years and SFBI has had the honor of leading the organization for 17 years.

If you would like to apply to host the JOBIM in your city, please fill in this form no later than 30 months before the beginning of the conference. It should be sent to contact@sfbi.fr or to the President of the SFBI, who will examine the applications at a board meeting and send a reply to the applicants no later than 24 months before the conference.

The 2025 edition of JOBIM will take place from 8 to 11 July 2025 in Bordeaux.
